About Vendra

Built by people who had to make the calls.

Vendra Company is a small software company in Copenhagen. We make two products for sales teams — a CRM and a power dialer — and we would rather be excellent at those two than mediocre at fifteen.

A small team working in a bright Copenhagen office
How it started

A spreadsheet, a phone, and a sync that broke every Friday.

We ran outbound for a small Danish company. Two hundred calls a week, a CRM nobody updated honestly, and a dialer that lived in a different browser tab with a different list. Every Friday someone exported a spreadsheet to work out what had actually happened.

We tried the obvious fix — an automation between the two tools. It worked until it did not. Duplicate contacts, call outcomes landing on the wrong record, and a monthly ritual of deciding which system to believe. The tooling was costing us more time than it saved.

So we built the thing we wanted: a CRM where the pipeline is honest, and a dialer that treats calling as a real job rather than a button. Same team, same database, same login.

What we believe

Four opinions we build on

01

Software should be learnable in an afternoon

If a sales tool needs a certified consultant and a six-week rollout, it is not a sales tool — it is a project. Vendra is deliberately small enough to hold in your head.

02

Prices belong on the pricing page

Every number is public and shown in your currency. No seat minimums, no annual lock-in to get a fair rate, no "book a call to discuss pricing".

03

Your data is yours, and you can leave

Export everything to CSV whenever you like, cancel from inside the app, and keep working until the period you paid for actually ends.

04

Two focused products beat one bloated one

Buy the CRM if the phone is not your problem. Buy the dialer if you already have a CRM you like. Take both and they behave as one workspace.

How we work

Small on purpose.

There is no sales department here. The people who answer support are the people who write the code, which means a bug report and a feature request go to the same inbox and the same brain.

We ship small changes often rather than big releases rarely. We publish our sub-processors, we host in the EU, and we write our own documentation — all fifty articles of it — because if we cannot explain a feature, it probably should not exist.

We are early. We do not have a wall of customer logos, and we are not going to invent one. What we do have is a working product you can try in your browser right now, without talking to anyone.

Where we are

Copenhagen, and the EU

Vendra Company is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Everything we run — servers, backups and support — stays inside the EU, and we publish exactly who we rely on.
